Concept Development
Cybermarine along with its technology and service partners can develop customised concept solutions for Floating Production solutions , be it a new build Very large Floater or a medium sized intercept hull to function as a production cum storage installation. Detailed Engineering
At cybermarine ,we understand the intricacies required to call a project complete in terms of engineering and drawings. Our team of detailers ranging from structural engineers, modellers, mechanical engineers and draughtmen prepare detailed engineering deliverables as required by the project specific interfaces and appurtenances. Our engineering involves, structural drawings, P&IDs, Datasheets, Stress Calculations, weight control and detailed Layouts/Arrangements to name a few.
Basic Design
Our forte throughout the years has been on delivering basic design solutions for Marine and in recent years for the offshore production floaters. Our team of experienced Naval architects and Marine engineers totalling more than 80 worldwide results in quick deployment of basic design on to paper and class approval .
Our Hydrodynamics and Structural teams carry out the crucial analyses like Hull global analysis, Mooring analysis and Hull response analysis using class leading software tools and practices. Our team has experience in carrying out benchmarking exercises to re validate the basic design using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and Model testing using world renowned Towing/wave basin Facilities.
Production Engineering
Our fervent objective is to cover the entire spectrum of design and engineering responsibility for an assets’ concept to Commissioning life cycle. Cybermarines’ team of 3D modellers, Plant designers and production detailers bring out the last stretch of engineering deliverables which include ISO metrics, Spool Drawings, Composite Layouts,3D layouts and nested cutting profiles for Shipyard to take the same to Shop floor.
